This is how we protect the ecosystem.
01 / Content boundaries
Zero tolerance
Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, real or fictional, drawn or generated, is prohibited. Prompts that point at a minor are refused automatically. Accounts that attempt it are closed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
No sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person, and no deepfakes. Anyone shown without their consent can ask us to take it down.
Incest, bestiality, rape and non-consent, snuff, and content promoting terrorism, self-harm or extreme violence are all refused. Fiction is welcome; these themes are not.
02 / Content checks
Checks run on every prompt, and on the work members share. They protect the people on the site, and the freedom to create everything else.
Every prompt is checked before it reaches a GPU, against a list of prohibited words our team maintains. Words that point at a minor are always refused.
Generating, chatting with Personas and viewing NSFW work all need an account confirmed as 18 or older.
Images and videos shared to the community are rated for nudity, and anything marked NSFW is shown only to members who have confirmed their age.
03 / Enforcement
What happens to an account that breaks the rules.
Level 1
The prompt is refused and the attempt is logged for our team to review.
Level 2
Our team suspends accounts that keep trying, or that break the rules above.
Level 3
Serious violations close the account for good, and illegal content is reported to the authorities.
